- Whip the egg whites and set aside.
- Mix egg yolks, erythritol, coconut flour, milk cream or cocoa (there will be a "farofa" type dough), add the chocolate and nuts and mix well.
- Add the egg whites little by little. Then, place in a shape of approximately 12 x 5 with Teflon, and bake in an oven at 180 degrees for 20 min.
