  • Eggs2 unit(s)
  • Coconut oil60 ml
  • Pitted Plum4 unit(s)
  • Xylitol2 tablespoon
  • Almond flour1/2 cup
  • Oat bran1/4 cup
  • Cashew Nut Flour1/4 cup
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Baking soda1 coffee spoon
  • Chemical Baking Powder1 tablespoon
  • Sugar-free chocolate chips1 to taste
  • Chestnuts to decorate to taste
  1. Blend the eggs, bananas, plums, coconut oil and xylitol in a blender for approx. 3 minutes . In a bowl, mix the flours, salt, bicarbonate and baking powder. Pour the liquid from the blender into this mixture of dry ingredients and mix well until smooth. Distribute in individual molds, or in 2 small English cake molds. Add the chocolate chips and chestnuts and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approx. 30 minutes .
