- Red food coloring3 tablespoon
- White Vinegar1 tablespoon

- Put the sugar, water, coloring, vinegar in a large pot and boil for 20 min. Without stirring, after stirring slowly, be careful the point that should be dripped each little in a cup with water and when it is dry, turn off the fire, take an apple at a time that should already be on the toothpick and dip it in the syrup. Place on a plate or mold to dry. The process is fast.
