- Red food coloring to taste
- Apple Cider Vinegar2 tablespoon

- Clean the apples and dry them.
- Insert 2 toothpicks into each apple to secure it.
- Grease an aluminum mold with a little oil to place the apples.
- In a pan put the sugar, water, apple cider vinegar and food coloring.
- Let it boil for 25 minutes, do not stir with a spoon, shake the pan during that time.
- Dip the apples in the syrup and place in the greased shape with the oil.
- Do this quick procedure, because the syrup hardens quickly too.
