  • Wheat flour2/5 cup
  • Sugar2 cup
  • grated carrot2 unit(s)
  • Eggs4 unit(s)
  • light condensed milk1 unit(s)
  • Lactose-free cream1 unit(s)
  • Priest's Chocolate4 tablespoon
  • Baking powder1 tablespoon
  • Margarine1 tablespoon
  1. For the dough to beat in the blender: oil, wheat flour, sugar, baking powder, grated carrot and eggs and set aside.
  2. For the filling, in a pan on medium heat, place the margarine, the light condensing milk and the powdered priest's chocolate, mix... when it starts to thicken, reduce the heat and add the cream. Mix well, turn off the heat and set aside to cool.
  3. In a round shape with greased removable background, place the dough mixture and bake at 160 degrees for 30 min always checking the dough point, as soon as the fork comes out clean, turn off the oven. Wait for the cake to cool down and poke holes with the fork, then add the stuffing mixture and serve yourselves 🤍
