- Chocolate bar500 g
- 200 g or 1 box of sour cream with the whey1 unit(s)
- Green water-based food coloring1 unit(s)
- Melted milk chocolate to dip the truffles0 to taste
- Melt the chocolate bar in a bain-marie or in the microwave.
- Add the cream with the whey and mix until the dough is homogeneous.
- Add the juice of the strained lemons and mix well, finally, add the coloring to taste.
- Leave in the fridge for at least 6 hours.
- Make balls with the dough and dip them in milk chocolate.
- If you prefer, use truffle molds.
