- Cornmeal Biscuit200 g
- Butter2 tablespoon
- Condensed milk200 g
- Lemon2 unit(s)
- Sour cream1 unit(s)
- Grind the cornstarch in a blender. It will turn into flour.
- Then mix the cornstarch cookie flour with the butter, until it becomes a dough.
- Place in pie or cupcake molds.
- Put in the oven for 10 minutes. Wait for it to cool and reserve.
- In the blender add the condensed milk, the 2 squeezed lemons and the cream. Let beat for 2 minutes.
- Pour the cream into the cooled dough. Finished with chantininho and lemon zest but it's optional.
