  • Butter2 tablespoon
  • Condensed milk200 g
  • Lemon2 unit(s)
  • Sour cream1 unit(s)
  1. Grind the cornstarch in a blender. It will turn into flour.
  2. Then mix the cornstarch cookie flour with the butter, until it becomes a dough.
  3. Place in pie or cupcake molds.
  4. Put in the oven for 10 minutes. Wait for it to cool and reserve.
  5. In the blender add the condensed milk, the 2 squeezed lemons and the cream. Let beat for 2 minutes.
  6. Pour the cream into the cooled dough. Finished with chantininho and lemon zest but it's optional.
