- Flour250 g
- Butter125 g
- Water9 tablespoon
- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Lemon1 unit(s)
- Mix the flour and margarine and knead
- Add the water little by little until the dough does not stick to your hand.
- Let it rest in the fridge for 10 minutes
- Shape the dough into greased molds
- Prick holes with a fork and bake in a medium oven until the dough is dry and golden.
- Let the dough cool and in the meantime make the cream with the condensed milk and the lemon juice.
- Add the cream to the raisin and neckline with lemon zest
