  • Flour250 g
  • Butter125 g
  • Water9 tablespoon
  • Condensed milk1 can(s)
  • Lemon1 unit(s)
  1. Mix the flour and margarine and knead
  2. Add the water little by little until the dough does not stick to your hand.
  3. Let it rest in the fridge for 10 minutes
  4. Shape the dough into greased molds
  5. Prick holes with a fork and bake in a medium oven until the dough is dry and golden.
  6. Let the dough cool and in the meantime make the cream with the condensed milk and the lemon juice.
  7. Add the cream to the raisin and neckline with lemon zest
