- Coconut Milk200 ml
- Lemon juice1/2 cup
- Prepare the gelatin according to the package instructions.
- Blend the rest of the ingredients in a blender until smooth.
- Pour into a shape with a hole in the middle greased with a little oil and take it to freeze.
- Decorate with lemon zest.
