  • Margarine or butter115 g
  • Sugar200 g
  • Wheat flour230 g
  • Yeast1 tablespoon
  • Lemon juice150 ml
  • Condensed milk1 can(s)
  • Sour cream1 can(s)
  • Lemon juice3 unit(s)
  1. In the mixer, beat the margarine with sugar until it doubles in volume and becomes a very whitish cream.
  2. Then add the eggs one by one and beat again until the eggs are incorporated.
  3. Add 150ml of lemon juice, beat some more. In
  4. Turn off the mixer and add the flour and baking powder and mix gently with a whisk.
  5. Pour the dough in a greased and infarinhada shape and take it to bake in oven 180° for about 35 -40 minutes.
  6. Let it cool, unmold and pour the lemon mousse, just beat the condensed milk, cream and juice of the three lemons in the blender. Decorate with lemon zest
