- Milk chocolate bar1 unit(s)
- Lemon juice3 unit(s)
- White chocolate to finish to taste
- Cornstarch Biscuit Packet1 unit(s)
- Make the lemon mousse: condensed milk, cream and lemon juice. Blend everything in the blender
- Place the mousse in a container, then add the cookies evenly over the mousse.
- Make the ganache with milk chocolate: melt the bar and add the cream.
- Place the ganache over the cookies and finish with the white chocolate pieces. Refrigerator for at least 1 hour
