- Cornstarch Biscuit4 cup
- Butter5 tablespoon
- Lemon5 unit(s)
- Condensed milk2 can(s)
- Sour cream2 can(s)
- Lemon zest1 to taste
- Grind the cornstarch biscuit, when it is crumbly, melt the butter and add the crushed biscuit.
- Knead well until a dough is sticky, take a false bottom shape and grease it with butter, put the dough until everything is right, put it to bake for about 15 to 20 minutes, turn off the oven and book.
- Blend the milk, cream and lemon juice in a blender until smooth!
- As the dough was already baked, I threw in the cream and sprinkled with lemon zest to taste.
- Place in the fridge for 1 hour and serve as desired.
