- Butter3 tablespoon
- Grind 1 packet of cornstarch cookies in a blender, then transfer to a refractory and mix 3 tablespoons of butter at room temperature. Transfer to a platter, kneading well on the bottom and sides and take it to the oven for about 5 minutes. Reserve.
- In the blender, beat the can of condensed milk, the box of cream and 2 to 3 lemons, let it beat for 5 minutes. Now transfer to the platter, wait to cool and take it to the fridge for 6 hours. Decorate with lemon zest.
