Para a massa triture os biscoito de maizena no liquidificador em uma vasilha adicione os biscoitos triturados derreta a margarina e adicione na massa misture bem

 e em uma assadeira de preferência com fundo falso ou um refratário de vidro vai colocando a massa ajustando nas laterais e fundo coloque no forno por 10 minutos para a cobertura separe as claras do ovo  e bata bem até q vire claras em neve e adicione o açúcar e bata mais um pouco até ficar no ponto de suspiro adicione cubra a torta com a essa cobertura e leve o forno para dar uma leve dourada

retire do forno e decore com raspas de limão quando estiver fria desenforme e sirva ou sirva assim memso sem desenformar.. 

Remove from the oven and decorate with lemon zest when cool, unmold and serve or serve like this without unmoulding..
