- First put the biscuit in the blender, grind it and then put it in a container, adding the margarine and kneading by hand, and then shaping the dough.
- Then, put the dough in a greased shape with butter, covering the bottom and sides, put it in the oven (high heat) for 15 minutes to give the dough a golden color and let it rest.
- For the filling, add the condensed milk in a container and add the lemon juice, along with the beaten egg white.
- Then put cornstarch biscuit zest over the filling and cover the dough, then take it to the fridge for 3 hours, then take it out of the mold and serve.
