- Condemned milk1 unit(s)
- Lemon3 unit(s)
- Lemon zest to taste
- Egg whites3 unit(s)

- Baking powder1/2 dessert spoon
- In a bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, butter, half a box of cream and a pinch of salt.
- Mix well, with your hands, until the dough is very homogeneous. It is very smooth and does not stick to the hands. Wrap in plastic wrap, oh put in a bag and take it to the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Meanwhile, prepare the filling. Add the lemon juice to the condensed milk and mix well. Taste, if you want add more lemon. Add the rest of the cream and a little lemon zest, mix and set aside.
- For the topping, beat 3 egg whites. Add 6 tablespoons of sugar and mix well, with a fouet, forming a sigh.
- To assemble the pie, open the dough with a rolling pin and line a detachable form. Line the sides too. Pierce all the dough with a fork and bake for about 15 minutes. When it starts to brown, it will be good!
- Add the stuffing, topping and return to the oven until golden brown.
- Refrigerate and garnish with lemon zest.
