- Warm water250 ml
- Cornmeal Biscuit250 g
- Melted butter2 tablespoon
- Lemon zest1 unit(s)
- Crush the cornstarch wafer until very fine.
- Add the melted butter to the cookie and mix until it forms a dough.
- Spread the wafer in a refractory, making a "walk", on the bottom and sides
- In a bowl, make the lemon jello with the water and set aside.
- In a blender, mix the condensed milk, the cream, the lemon juice and the lemon gelatin.
- Mix until the filling is very homogeneous.
- Add the filling in the refractory and put the lemon zest on top.
- Place in the fridge until hardened
