- Lemon to taste
- Grind the Maizena cookies in a food processor or blender, then place in a bowl and add butter, knead until smooth. Place in a refractory and knead it at the bottom and around the refractory and place in the preheated oven for 10 min at 180°.
- Make the lemon mousse and put it on top and if you want, put lemon zest on top. Note: The mousse has to be very consistent.
