- Grind the Mainesa cookies, then melt the margarita and place it on the cookie, mix well, take a mold of your choice and line the mixture on the bottom and side.
- Take the shape to the oven at 180 degrees until the cookie mixture is golden.
- In the blender, place the cream, condensed milk and lemons, let it beat until you get the consistency of mousse.
- With the cookie dough already cold, place the lemon mousse in the form, on top of the cookie, take it to the fridge until it freezes and serve.
