  • Butter150 g
  • Lemon5 unit(s)
  • Condensed milk1 can(s)
  • Sour cream1 can(s)
  • Whipped cream1 can(s)
  • Lemon zest to taste
  1. Grind the cornstarch biscuit and mix with the butter until it forms a dough and line the bottom in a form with the removable bottom.
  2. Bake in the oven at medium temperature for approximately 10 minutes.
  3. In a bowl put the lemon juice, condensed milk and cream and beat with the help of a mixer and put this cream on top of the already baked and cold dough.
  4. Leave the whipped cream in the freezer for approximately 3 hours, beat it cold in the mixer until it forms the whipped cream point and put it on top of the lemon cream.
  5. Add zest on top of the whipped cream and refrigerate for approximately 3 hours
