- Condensed milk1 can(s)

- Whipped cream1 can(s)
- Lemon zest to taste
- Grind the cornstarch biscuit and mix with the butter until it forms a dough and line the bottom in a form with the removable bottom.
- Bake in the oven at medium temperature for approximately 10 minutes.
- In a bowl put the lemon juice, condensed milk and cream and beat with the help of a mixer and put this cream on top of the already baked and cold dough.
- Leave the whipped cream in the freezer for approximately 3 hours, beat it cold in the mixer until it forms the whipped cream point and put it on top of the lemon cream.
- Add zest on top of the whipped cream and refrigerate for approximately 3 hours
