- cornstarch biscuit200 g
- Margarine150 g
- condensed milk1 can(s)
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- Lemon Juice1 pint
- Crush the cornstarch biscuits in a blender, then add the margarine and beat a little more until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
- Pour into a removable background shape, with your hands spread the crushed cookies in the bottom and sides of the shape, covering the entire area evenly. Take to medium oven for 180°, preheated for approximately 10 minutes
- For the filling, beat all the ingredients in a blender, until you get a smooth and firm cream, stuffing and the already baked dough and take it to the fridge for 30 minutes.
- After 30 minutes in the fridge, unmold the pie without removing the fake bottom, and just serve.
