- Butter with salt150 g
- Condensed milk (can)1 unit(s)

- Lemon zest to taste
- Grind the cornstarch biscuit until it turns into crumbs.
- Melt the butter and add it to the farofa and mix until it looks like wet sand.
- In a removable background form, place the farora, line the bottom and make a border, take it to the preheated oven at 200 g for 10 min.
- Remove from the oven, let it cool down a bit and put it in the freezer.
- In a blender, place the lemon juice, the cream and the condensed milk, beat until very homogeneous, put the cream in the mold and take it to the freezer again.
- Beat the egg whites with the sugar until they become snow, place on top of the pie, with the help of a spatula, make peaks with the snow whites.
- With a blowtorch, brown the egg whites and place the lemon zest on top.
