1 ️⃣Triture the cornstarch cookie in a blender or processor.
2 ️⃣Join the margarine and hit some more.
3 ️⃣Pour the dough in a removable background shape (27 cm in diameter).
4 ️⃣With your hands, spread the crushed cookies on the bottom and sides of the shape, covering the whole area evenly.
5 ️⃣Leve to medium oven (180°C), preheated, for approximately 10 minutes
6 ️⃣Bata all the ingredients in the blender (except the lemon zest) until you get a smooth and firm cream.
7 ️⃣Recheie the dough already baked and take it to the fridge for 30 minutes.
8 ️⃣Bata the snow whites and add the sugar.
9 ️⃣Mix until you get a sigh point and take it to the oven until golden.
🔟 Draw the pie (without removing the false bottom), pour the frosting and add the lemon zest.
