Mix the yolks, sugar and butter in the wheat flour and mix with your hands.
If the dough is dry, add 5 tablespoons of milk or water.
Open the dough with your hands right on the baking sheet with the removable bottom and pierce it with a fork.
Bake for 30 minutes in the oven on low
For the filling, mix the condensed milk, the cream and the lemon juice and leave it in the fridge for 10 minutes.
Put the stuffing in the dough, decorate as you want and leave it in the fridge for 5 hours to firm up.
