  • Wheat flour200 g
  • Cold cubed butter100 g
  • Egg Yolk2 unit(s)
  • Lemon juice1/2 cup
  • Sugar1 cup
  • Egg white4 unit(s)
  • Water60 ml
  • Condensed milk395 g
  1. In a bowl, mix the flour and butter with your hands until crumbly. Add the 1 tablespoon sugar and 2 egg yolks. Mix and shape into a ball. Wrap in plastic wrap and place in the fridge for 1 hour.
  2. Remove the dough from the fridge and with the help of a rolling pin open the dough in a roast. Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper and toss in a cup of beans to make weight and the dough does not create sheets. Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and wait for it to cool down.
  3. In a bowl, put the condensed milk, lemon juice. Mix well.
  4. -Pour the stuffing into the already baked dough and take it to the fridge.
  5. In a pan, place the rest of the sugar and the water. Cook over low heat until it turns into one. Put the whites to beat, when you reach the snow point, start putting the syrup in a thread without stopping beating. Set the mixer on high speed, beating until the meringue is firm. Spread the meringue over the filling and sprinkle with the lemon zest. 😋😋😋
