- In the blender, beat the condensed milk, cream, the juice of 2 lemons (strained), set aside.
- On a platter, put some of the cream, then soak the cookies in the milk, and alternate, mousse, cookie, finish in the cream.
- When you finish in the cream, take 1 lemon, and scrape over the pavé, take it to freeze, for 3 hours.
- It can be made from eaves, to serve the other day, the longer in the fridge, the more flavor will improve.
