- Sour cream200 g
- Lemon Juice Powder or Concentrate1 unit(s)
- Pct of Lemon Biscuits (or your choice)1 unit(s)
- Add the condensed milk, cream and lemon juice to the blender and blend well for 3 minutes or until smooth.
- Transfer to a refractory and decorate with the cookies.
- Place in the fridge for at least 5 hrs.
- Finish with lemon zest and serve!
