- In a container, mix the MOÇA Milk, the juice and half of the lemon zest until obtaining a consistent cream. In a saucepan, combine the egg whites and sugar and place over low heat, stirring vigorously without stopping, for about 3 minutes, taking the pan off the heat for a few moments every minute, continuing to stir, so as not to cook. Transfer to a stand mixer and beat for 5 minutes or until doubled in volume. Mix with the lemon cream and incorporate gently. Pour into individual glasses and garnish with the remaining lemon zest. Place in the fridge to set, for about 2 hours.
