- Fresh cream250 ml
- Sugar1 tablespoon

- For the cream: In a blender, place the lemon juice and condensed milk, and blend until smooth.
- For the farofa: In a blender, grind the cornstarch cookies until they form a flour. In a bowl, add the crushed cookies, and the box milk cream little by little (not a whole box), and knead with your fingertips until you form a wet crumb. Reserve.
- For the Chantilly: In a mixer, beat the fresh cream (well chilled - secret to beat easier) with the sugar until it thickens.
- Distribute the biscuit farofa in a very pretty platter and pour the cream. Finish with whipped cream and lemon zest. Place in the fridge until serving time.
