Lemon (juice)1 cup
g of sour cream3 tablespoon
Coconut milk30 ml
Xylitol1 tablespoon
Colorless gelatin already prepared according to the manufacturer1 tablespoon

Just mix everything in the mixer or blender and put it in a container.
Place in the fridge for at least 30 minutes, then decorate with lemon zest.
