- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- Natural Yogurt1 unit(s)
- Lemon50 ml
- Whipped cream200 g
- Maria type cookie1 to taste
- In a bowl, add the condensed milk, cream, yogurt and lemon juice.
- Mix well until you get a homogeneous cream.
- Take a glass bowl or a refractory and intersperse the layers of mousse with wafer
- The last layer has to be mousse. Reserve
- In a mixer, place the whipped cream and beat until stiff.
- Place on top of the mousse and place the lemon zest to decorate.
- Place in the fridge to firm up. then just serve
