Lemon Mousse Cake

Bata no liquidificador,os ovos,o açúcar  o óleo,o leite por 3 minutos depois acrescente 1 pacotinho de gelatina de limão e bata mais um pouco. Agora transfira para uma bacia já com 2 xícaras de farinha de trigo peneirada e 2 colheres de leite em pó(opcional),misture bem. Por último acrescente o fermento em pó(1 colher de sopa) e mexa. Coloque a massa em uma fôrma untada e enfarinhada e leve ao forno preaquecido por 30 minutos em 200°


Beat in the blender, eggs, sugar, oil, milk for 3 minutes then add 1 packet of lemon jello and beat some more. Now transfer to a bowl with 2 cups of sifted wheat flour and 2 tablespoons of powdered milk (optional), mix well. Finally add the baking powder (1 tablespoon) and stir. Put the dough in a greased and infarinhada form and take it to the preheated oven for 30 minutes at 200°.


Cobertura de mousse(faça enquanto o bolo estiver assando):1 lata de leite condensado, 1 caixinha de creme de leite e 2 limões. Misture em um pote,na mão mesmo,e leve para a geladeira por 30 minutos pra pegar a consistência de um mousse. Com o bolo morno,jogue o mousse por cima e  decore com raspas de limão.

Mousse frosting (make it while the cake is baking): 1 can of condensed milk, 1 box of cream and 2 lemons. Mix in a pot, by hand, and take it to the fridge for 30 minutes to get the consistency of a mousse. With the cake warm, pour the mousse on top and decorate with lemon zest.
