- condensed milk1 unit(s)
- Sour cream2 unit(s)
- Lemon zest1 to taste
- First let all the ingredients freeze.
- In the blender, add the cream and condensed milk, turn on the blender and gradually add the lemon juice (if you don't want the flavor to be too strong, reduce 50ml of the juice).
- Put it on a platter, I'll put it in the freezer for an hour and I'll serve it, it's perfect and very creamy. Don't forget to sprinkle lemon zest on top 😚
