- White chocolate80 g
- condensed milk2 can(s)
- Sour cream3 unit(s)
- Tahiti or Sicilian lemon1 cup
- Remove the zest from the peel of 1 lemon and set aside.
- In a bowl or basin add condensed milk and lemon juice.
- Stir with the help of a fuet or spoon until the cream has a thick consistency. Add the cream of milk and mix.
- Chop the white chocolate into small pieces and add to the cream.
- Add the lemon zest and mix gently.
- Pour the cream into a refractory with a lid and take it to the freezer for approximately 4 hours to give it the consistency of ice cream.
