  • Unflavored Gelatin Powder Envelope1 unit(s)
  • Ice cream box milk1 unit(s)
  • Hot water1 cup
  1. Hydrate the gelatin with a little cold water.
  2. Dilute the gelatin with hot water and set aside.
  3. Beat the egg whites in a bain-marie and add the sugar gradually until stiff.
  4. Add the lemon juice and zest and continue beating.
  5. Put the gelatine (warm to cold) in a thread and beat a little more
  6. Whip the ice cream until it becomes whipped cream
  7. Gently mix the cream with the egg whites and place in the fridge.
