- Lemon juice | 1/2 cup

- Beat the condensed milk, cream and lemon juice in a blender for 2 minutes.
In a refractory, alternate layers of the cream with the biscuit soaked in milk (I like to crush it into medium pieces, with my own hand and drizzle with the milk).
Finished with whipped cream and lemon zest
