- Milk1/2 cup
- In a container, mix the condensed milk, lemon juice, cream and lemon zest well until obtaining a homogeneous and consistent cream.
- Moisten the cookies in the milk and line a medium refractory container with part of the moistened cookies.
- Assemble the pavé, alternating layers of cookies and lemon cream.,
- Finish with a layer of cream, cover and refrigerate for about 3 hours.
- Serve immediately.
