- Maizena Biscuit300 g
- Put the condensed milk and cream in the blender and let it hit for like 2 minutes!
- With the blender still on, add the squeezed lemon and beat for another 4 minutes.
- On a platter, make a layer with the cookies, pour some of the mousse and then make other layers until you run out!
- Put lemon zest on top and take it to the fridge for a couple of hours.
