Lemon Cream Pie

1 MOÇA Milk (can or box) 395 g
1 can of Sour Cream
1 cup of cottage cheese
half a cup of lemon juice
In a container, mix the TOSTINES Biscuit and the butter until a homogeneous mass is formed and line the bottom and sides of individual pie pans (9 cm in diameter).
Take to the medium oven (180°C), preheated, for about 15 minutes or until golden.
In a blender, beat the MOÇA Milk, the Milk Cream, the Requeijão and the lemon juice until smooth and consistent.
Pour over the reserved dough and refrigerate. serve.
- If you wish, prepare a large pie, using a 22 cm diameter removable rim pan.
- When serving, decorate with lemon zest.
