- Zest of 2 lemons to taste
- Wheat Flour2 cup
- Yeast1 coffee spoon
- Beat together the butter, sugar, vanilla and lemon zest.
- Whisking constantly, add the egg and mix well.
- Add the flour and baking powder, mix enough to incorporate.
- Make balls in the size you prefer, place in a mold (leaving space between them) and bake in a preheated oven at 200° for approx. 15 minutes.
- TIP: you can freeze it now.
