- Chemical Baking Powder5 g
- Rice flour125 g
- Corn starch75 g
- Xanthan Gum2 g
- Mix all the ingredients until you get a homogeneous mass. Make balls and roll in icing sugar or powdered sugar. Bake in a medium oven (180 degrees) preheated for about 10 minutes or until they are lightly golden. Allow to cool and store in an airtight container for up to a week.
