- Butter or margarine200 g
- Lemon zest1 unit(s)
- Mix everything until it forms a ball and wrap it in plastic wrap and let it rest in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Divide the dough into 3 and while using one, store the other in the fridge.
- Roll out the dough and cut into shape or make flattened balls with a fork.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180° until lightly golden on the sides.
- You can melt a bar of white chocolate and bathe the already cooled cookies and sprinkle with zest.
