  • oil | 1/2 cup
  • sugar | 1 cup
  • Eggs | 3 unit(s)
  • Lemon juice | 1/2 cup
  • from lemon zest | 1 teaspoon
  • Wheat flour | 180 g
  • Corn starch | 1/2 cup
  • Baking powder | 2 teaspoon


  1. Preheat the oven to medium temperature (180°C). Grease and flour a 20 cm diameter tin with a medium central hole. Reserve.
  2. Beat the oil, sugar, lemon juice, zest and eggs in a blender until smooth and creamy.
  3. In a bowl, sift the wheat, cornstarch and yeast, transfer to a bowl and gradually add the mixture until obtaining a creamy and homogeneous mass.Place the mass in a shape and bake for 35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean, after being skewered in the dough. Wait for it to cool and unmold.
