- Wheat flour3 cup
- Lemon (Tahiti or Sicilian)(juice)1 cup
- Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Sour cream1 unit(s)
- Lemon3/4 cup
- Lemon zest to taste
- In a bowl add the eggs, sugar and oil, beat with a whisk. Add the wheat flour and lemon juice, mix well and finally the chemical yeast, stirring carefully. Greased shape, preheated oven, bake at 180° until golden and fully baked. Let cool. Roof : In a bowl add the condensed milk and the lemon juice, mix well with a whisk, or silicone spoon, add the cream, mixing very well until it is very homogeneous. Unmold cold cake add this frosting and lemon zest to decorate (optional).
