  • Oil1/2 cup
  • Milk1/2 cup
  • Lemon zest1 to taste
  • A pinch of salt1 coffee spoon
  • Baking powder1 tablespoon
  • Wheat flour2 cup
  • Lemon juice for the dough1/2 cup
  • Condensed milk1 unit(s)
  • Sour cream1 unit(s)
  • Lemon juice for syrup60 ml
  1. In a bowl, add the eggs, sugar, oil and salt.
  2. Mix everything with the help of a whisk or fork.
  3. Then add the milk, lemon zest, lemon juice and mix some more.
  4. Then add the wheat flour and mix until it is very homogeneous.
  5. Finally, add the baking powder and mix gently.
  6. Pour the cake batter into a greased and floured tin. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 40 minutes.
  7. Now, for the lemon syrup, in a bowl, add the condensed milk and lemon juice, stir until firm, then add the cream.
  8. Take it to freeze for 20 minutes, after that time, throw the frosting over the cake uninformed.
