Bata bem a manteiga o açúcar e as gemas junte a farinha com a clara o fermento a maisena o leite  o suco de limão e as raspas e leve para assar em uma forma untada de 35 a 40 minutos

Em uma panela coloque o leite moça o creme de leite e o suco de limão e mecha bem até despreender do fundo depois de frio coloque por cima do bolo se preferir coloque raspas de limão para decorar
