  • Wheat flour3 cup
  • wheat1/2 cup
  • Baking powder1 tablespoon
  • Syrup1 unit(s)
  • Condensed milk1 unit(s)
  • lemon juice3 unit(s)
  1. In the mixer, beat the egg whites with the sugar until they form a white cream.
  2. With the mixer on, add the yolks, margarine, milk and lemon juice.
  3. After the mixture is homogeneous, add the wheat gradually, preferably sieved, after everything is mixed add the yeast
  4. Place the dough in a greased and floured baking pan with a hole in the middle.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes or until you insert a toothpick and it comes out clean.
